If it can't be justified, it doesn't get logged.

EmeProy is a platform for grant and subsidy management agencies: model the Aid, create projects, invite companies, generate and supervise their obligations and control budget and documentation in one place.
Yes. EmeProy is designed for managing agencies that coordinate aids and projects for multiple companies, keeping a consolidated view of their whole portfolio.
An Aid represents a grant call or a specific programme. It defines the administrative data, conditions and obligations that are then applied to the associated projects.
Yes. You can duplicate an Aid to prepare similar new calls and create projects from it, reusing the obligations and conditions already defined.
The obligations defined in the Aid are automatically generated for each project and each participating company: once the company is invited, EmeProy creates its concrete obligations and lets you control their status.
The participating company sees the projects it takes part in, the associated Aid, its own obligations and the documents it has access to. It does not manage aids nor see other companies' information.
Yes. You can create as many Aids, projects and participating companies as you need and review the whole portfolio from the managing agency's dashboard.
Yes. You can add access to shared documents in your Google Drive or SharePoint account to facilitate collaborative editing.
You invite a company or coordinator by email with an invitation link. If the person already has an account, they access it directly; otherwise they can register and accept the invitation to see the project and its obligations.
When hours are logged, EmeProy adds up each person's hours across all their projects and blocks the entry if it exceeds 8 hours a day, the monthly maximum under the collective agreement or the annual maximum set by the company. Over-allocated months are shown in red.
Yes. You can export schedules, hours and budgets to Excel straight from the project dashboard, ready for audits and justifications.
